1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at FigCrafter (figcrafter.com). We are committed to providing every customer with high-quality minifigure products. If you have any concerns about your order, please read this policy carefully and contact us at contact@figcrafter.com.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests that meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- An order number and description of the issue are provided (photos or video are required for quality-related claims).
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
- Requests submitted after the 30-day return window has passed.
- Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged (except due to shipping or manufacturing defects).
- Items missing original packaging or accessories.
- Returns based on personal preference (e.g. disliking the color, ordering the wrong item, etc.).

Please contact us before sending anything back to confirm the return arrangement. We cannot guarantee processing for items returned without prior confirmation.
4. Exchanges
We do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue along with photos or video
- The item you would like in exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative solution.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of approval.
- Time to receive funds: Depending on your payment provider and bank, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or does not match your order, please:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Email contact@figcrafter.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

8. Additional Rights for EU & UK Customers
8.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in an EU member state or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable local regulations.
The withdrawal period is calculated as follows:
- Single item: From the day you (or a third party you designate) physically receive the item.
- Multiple items shipped separately: From the day you receive the last item in the order.
8.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You may do so using either of the following methods:

Once completed, please submit your withdrawal notice using one of the following methods:
- By email: Send the completed form to contact@figcrafter.com (no signature required).
- With your return shipment: Print and sign the form, then include it with the returned item.
8.3 Returning the Item
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the item within 14 days to the return address provided in our confirmation email.
Return shipping costs:
- When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
- If the item is defective or incorrectly sent, FigCrafter will cover the return shipping cost.
Items must be returned in an unused condition with original packaging intact.
8.4 Refund Timeline
We will issue a full refund no later than the earlier of the following:
- Within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Within 14 days of you providing proof of return shipment (e.g. a tracking number).
The refund will be made to your original payment method and will cover the full purchase price of the item(s). Original outbound shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
8.5 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (where applicable).
- Items that have been clearly used, damaged, or are missing parts.
