Our pricing is structured to cover applicable fees wherever possible, and the majority of orders arrive with no additional duties or import taxes owed by the buyer.
In cases where the destination country's regulations do require the buyer to pay taxes or import fees, those amounts will be itemized at checkout — there will be no surprise charges at the door.
7. Shipping Issues
If any of the following situations arise, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@figcrafter.com and include your order number:
- Package significantly overdue: More than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date.
- No tracking updates: The tracking information has not changed in over 7 business days.
- Marked as delivered but not received: Please check around your delivery address first, then reach out and we'll help investigate.
We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement shipment or refund as appropriate.
